The company takes pride in working with high net worth investors across the UK, helping them establish and manage a successful multi-occupancy property portfolio. As a Lettings Administrator you will be responsible for preparing lettings operational information for the group’s management. Your core responsibilities and duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Answering enquiries
- Property viewings
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and subcontractors
- Utility readings
- Property Inspections
- Move-ins and check-outs
- Full administration of applications
To be considered for the Lettings Administrator position you must have solid and demonstrable experience as a Lettings Administrator, while being reliable with the ability to deliver tasks on time. In addition, you must possess the following key skills and experience:
